I try to avoid getting helped out by her because I’ve noticed she gets on her phone while others have tried to pay for their goods or rolling her 420 weed shop eyes at times when I’ve asked a question . However, I’ve had less positive interactions with one employee who comes across as impatient and occasionally dismissive, which has impacted my experience at times. Most employees are friendly and helpful. As for customer service (there are many new staff members), and overall they provide great service.

I really appreciate the hospitality as well as the customer service as well. Great brands, great prices out the door , tax is built in,, great specials. I usually shop exclusively at Catalyst. Even as a pick-up order customer the experience creates a favorable outcome. I’ve been here during the day and at night and the customer service is always on point.
